MEMBERSHIP INFO:

Unlimited play! Come whenever we are open for as little or as long as you want. You’ll get member-only perks including:

• 10% off merchandise sold in-store (toys, mugs, shirts, stickers, etc.)
• $5 off coupon for cafe purchases, emailed monthly
• Bring-a-friend coupon, emailed monthly
• Priority registration for special events (before they sell out!)

MONTHLY: To activate a monthly unlimited membership, you agree to keep a card on file, which will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you join on the the 24th, you’ll be charged each month on the 24th. If a month has fewer days than the day you joined, you will be charged on the last day of the month. You’ll receive an email each month notifying you of your upcoming payment. 

ONE-YEAR: With a one-year membership, you get two months free! 12 months of unlimited play for the price of 10! It does not automatically renew. 

MULTI-KID memberships must be used within immediate families ONLY. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the revocation of your membership.

CANCELING a membership is simple: at any time, simply follow the directions in your reminder emails to cancel before your renewal date. Memberships are NOT refundable; you will NOT be refunded any amount for any reason upon cancellation of a monthly or one-year membership.

Memberships are good for unlimited play during open play hours. Simply give the child(ren)’s name(s), as well as the name of the adult who purchased the membership, upon check-in. Please note this membership does NOT include access to ticketed events, birthday parties, or specialty classes.

Memberships are ONLY valid for the member listed. ANY adult can bring the child member to Play/Cafe, but the pass is NOT transferable among children. We do NOT permit friends, cousins or any other guests to use another guest’s membership. Doing so will result in instant termination of the membership without refund.
