Eligibility: The 10% discount is valid for active Play/Cafe members and is non-transferable. The membership for the birthday child must be active both at the time of booking and on the date of the party. If the membership is inactive on the party date, the 10% discount will be added back to your final balance.
- Member and Membership refer to unlimited play memberships (monthly and one-year)
- Seasonal passes, 10-Play, and 5-Play passes are not memberships.
What’s Included: Discount applies to the party package and any add-ons booked before the party date. It excludes extra guest fees, cafe purchases, gratuity, or any add-ons paid on the day of the party.
How to Redeem:
- Paying Deposit Only: Leave a note during checkout mentioning that you are a member, and we will apply the discount to the full package.
- Paying In-Full: Please request a coupon code in-store or via email before completing checkout. (Note: We are unable to apply the 10% discount retroactively once a full payment has been processed.)
Combining Offers: Cannot be combined with other percentage-off promotions or monetary coupons (but can be used alongside eligible complimentary add-on deals, like a balloon garland promotion)!
