Play/Cafe is Yakima’s indoor play center, coffee shop, and birthday party venue! Designed by two early childhood educators (owners Matt and Michelle) our play area engages kids from zero through six in meaningful play with their grown-ups or siblings and other kids.
In our family-oriented space, adults can play with their kids in the play area or enjoy a tasty beverage and a snack or meal on the cafe side while catching up with friends or hopping on the wi-fi to get some work done. Multiple seating options in and around the play area allow adults to keep an eye on their kids at all times.
We have a full menu for kids and adults featuring locally-roasted coffee from Basalt Roasters, tea, Red Bull, local beer, wine, cider and seltzer, paninis, grilled cheese, quesadillas, dino nuggies, mac & cheese, and more!
