Our play area is for children 6 years and younger and their adults. You can play with them or keep an eye on them from the cafe area. We have shelves full of games for older kids to play on the cafe side (we thought about them too)! The cafe side is for all ages! We’ve got food and drinks for everyone to enjoy (to-go and curbside as well).
Admission Fee – It’s good for all day! If you come in the morning and leave for naptime, you can come back without paying again.

Waiver – All adults and kids entering the play area must sign our waiver. Want to get in and play faster? Sign the waiver now! Hit Adult and Minor, and then the number of minors.
Socks on, shoes off – Everyone needs socks in the play area – grip socks are required for kids who are walking and any socks are fine for adults and crawlers (bring your own or purchase from us for $2.50). No shoes in the play area (it’s nice and clean in there) and no bare feet! For your child’s safety, grip socks must have grips from the heels to the toes. We like these ones* – buy your own pack and never run out!
Pants too, please – No uncovered diapers, pull-ups, etc.
Who watches the kids? YOU! In order for everyone to enjoy our community space, YOU are responsible for watching your kids at all times and reminding them of our rules as they play, including:
- Be safe, gentle, and kind, respecting Play/Cafe property and other people
- Take care of toys and equipment so they can last a long time!
- Walking feet – no tag, no running
- Hands to yourself – no roughhousing, wrestling, etc.
- Don’t use toys as weapons, throw toys, or hit others with toys
- Take turns – donât keep all the toys for yourself
- Keep big stuff and stuff with wheels off of the play structure! (Stop this one quickly before something big gets sent – or ridden – down a slide)
- Doll cradle, stroller, shopping cart, ride-on cars, sit-n-spin, etc. stay on the floor
- Donât ride anything (including pillows) down the slides
- Baby corner is only for babies 0-18 months and their caregivers – no older kids, no exceptions
No outside food or drinks, please – We’re just a local small business and we depend on food and drink sales to pay the rent. Baby food is fine.

Birthday Parties! Book your stress-free private party or, for smaller groups only, book our party room during open-play hours!
- Can we have an informal birthday meetup without a reservation? We love being a spot for friends to gather and celebrate! You are more than welcome to meet up for a birthday playdate; however, to ensure a great experience for all of our guests, we do not allow outside decorations, balloons, food (including desserts), or gift-opening. Moving cafe tables is not permitted.
Nursing – Please feel free to breastfeed however and wherever you feel comfortable while you’re at Play/Cafe. If you want a bit of privacy, we can help accommodate that!
